To ensure a comfortable, respectful, and productive atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines. Think of it as our shared recipe for a great co-working experience in paradise!

Dress Code: Island Professional

We love the relaxed island vibe, but let's keep it professional-ish!

  • Please wear appropriate attire. Think casual but respectful – shirts and shorts/skirts are great.
  • No bikinis, swim shorts (unless you're on your way to/from the beach and just popping in quickly!), or going shirtless in the main co-working areas, please.

Respect Your Neighbours

We're all here to get things done. Let's help each other focus.

  • Keep conversations at a considerate volume. Use headphones for calls or music.
  • Try to take longer calls or virtual meetings in designated areas or outside if possible, to minimize disruption to others. We have some comfy spots that are perfect for this!

Keep it Clean & Tidy

A clean space is a happy and productive space.

  • Please clean up after yourself in common areas, including the kitchen and desks.
  • Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
  • If you spill something, please clean it up or let our staff know so we can help.

Mind the Doors & Environment

Help us keep the space comfortable and secure.

  • Keep balcony doors closed to help our awesome air conditioning do its job efficiently (and keep the bugs out!).
  • Ensure bathroom doors are closed for privacy and hygiene.

Be Kind & Considerate

Fika is about community. Let's make it a welcoming one!

  • Respect personal space and belongings.
  • Be patient and understanding with fellow co-workers and our staff.
  • If you have any concerns or see something that needs attention, please speak to a member of our team.

Stay Healthy Together

Let's keep our community healthy and thriving!

  • If you're feeling unwell or have contagious symptoms (like a cold, flu, or fever), we kindly ask you to rest at home until you're better.
  • This helps protect everyone in our shared space and ensures we all stay productive.
  • We'll be here with a warm welcome when you're feeling better!
